At Liverpool Famous Walking Tours, we are committed to finding ways in which we can reduce the impact on the environment of our work both in the office and when out on our tours.

Whilst most of our tours are walking tours, we also use motorised transport, that we contract in, and are committed to working with our partners to reduce this impact too.

Liverpool is famous for its Waterfront and Liverpool's historic docks have the Blue Flag award - making it the only marina in England to receive this accolade. We are especially passionate about doing everything we can to help maintain this and protect the quality of all the beaches and waterways in the surrounding area.

On our tours we encourage people to have a drink to hand (especially in warm weather) and are committed to doing all we can to reduce the amount of one-use plastic bottles that are used. To help with this we have provided out team with reusable water bottles and direct them to refill on route where facilities currently exist to do so, and we ask that our guests use reusable bottles where practical too..

As we grow as a business and with our team, we will continue to review what and how we do things to ensure we are doing everything practically possible in support of this commitment.
